All Dance classes and StrongStep classes include:
- Warmup with stretching
- Corework to firm and strengthen your abdominals and torso
- Vertifirm to firm and strengthen your legs, glutes, chest and arms
- Cardio to strengthen your aerobic system and burn fat
- A cooldown with stretching
